International stage for hop expertise

drinktec is the central meeting place for brewers, developers, distributors and hop growers. Over 58,000 visitors from 164 countries came to Munich – and right in the middle of it all was BayWa with its international hop expertise.

Special beers on tap

The focus was on our aroma and bitter hops. Specially brewed varieties were tasted on site, including a non-alcoholic Indian Pale Lager with an intense aroma profile and high drinkability, which makes you look forward to the next sip. Good non-alcoholic beers are currently in high demand and very much in trend.

Market trends and practical solutions

At the stand, there were intensive discussions about the hop harvest, climate change, necessary variety changes, flexible contracts and storage options.
