The Tettnang hop-growing region is known throughout the world for its fine aromatic hops. The traditional varieties of Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, which have been selected for centuries, are still grown here. For brewers, these varieties offer a unique hop flavour that cannot yet be matched by newer varieties.
